Hi everyone,
Today I'm framing the plaster island in a box similar to the first one I made. It won't have as wide or deep an ocean around it though. I built that and set the island inside but needed to raise it a little onto some cross slats. It's all glued in and I filled the voids around the edge of the island where the plaster wasn't perfect with expanding foam. I can go back and fill level with new plaster to correct it. Everything's looking good, I'll post some more pictures later today.
